HPE UK - Olympic Module is a revolutionary technique that has become the gold standard in Kinesio Taping rehabilitative taping, having been identified as a highly effective way to treat Musculoskeletal, Sports, and Lymphatic disorders, inspired by Rock tape Education.  

Content:

Module 1-2: basic and advanced fundamentals - 16 hrs.

Module 3 - 4: advanced fascia symptom modification -16 hrs. only in London and Dubai. (Not in India)

  • Introduction to Functional Olympic Taping. (2 hrs.)
  • Benefits and limitations of K Taping.
  • Physical characteristics and qualities of K Tape.
  • Stretch properties of Kinesio Tape.
  • Physiological properties of the Kinesio Taping with Functional Assessment.
  • Basic application techniques of how the tape is cut and applied, preparation of the body part to be taped, and maintenance of the tape once it is applied.
  • Application for Olympic sports.
  • Pathophysiology of Upper and lower limb injuries.

Module 2

  • Mechanical Correction.
  • Space Correction.
  • Ligament/Tendon Correction.
  • Functional Correction.
  • Lymphatic Correction.
  • Application in Olympic Sports.
